- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A good friend is in a situation where her wages are in garnishment here in Milwaukee, and I called Student DocuPrep to ask if they could help. I spoke to Brett. Brett didn't know based on the details I gave, and offered to connect with my friend directly. Student DocuPrep helped her out. Her situation was actually not something Brett had a package for, or normally dealt with, although his team was familiar with what she needed to do -- and get this, provided her with direction and ideas free of charge, professionally and politely, over about three calls over about a 10 day period. Who does that in this day and age? That's why I'm writing this review. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping my friend. Your advice got her the results she needed (she's not out of garnishment, but is on a 3 month plan to be, and her payments are already lower, and that counts for something too.)
